Wow, what a fantastic start to the day. This morning an email popped in my inbox from a very lovely man named Mike. I know Mike through my close friend James ‘Klingatron’ Klinge and when we first met at an art show we chatted for hours and hours about art, design and not drinking. I knew we’d be firm friends from then onwards.
Little did I know that he’s been working on something a secret, a wee film that him and his creative partner Ali have been making in their downtime. He sent me an email entitled “Made something for ya” and in that email was a link to the above video, a flippin’ Droplet CGI/Live Action piece of magic! I’m genuinely over the moon with what Mike & Ali have made, it’s bloomin’ brilliant.
A big big thank you to them both for taking the time to create something based on a silly little toy of mine, I’m blown away they would give up their time to make something such as this. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it.
