Oh the fun you can have with a fisheye lens, a lens hood and a cheap ring flash from eBay! Me & Dan (on the left, my good friend and Creative Director at Aardman) have wanted to get better at portrait photography with artificial light, so decided to have a night of using each other as models whilst we figured out what the flip we’re doing!

These two photo’s are how they came out, and without trying, our faces are pretty identical - Our eyes & mouths are in the exact same position!
