My Dad has a huge wood stash in the Garden of their house in Leicester to fuel the wood burner thats in the lounge. If he see’s a stray fallen branch, he’s off like a shot, unloading his portable chainsaw from the van and chopping up that log like there’s no tommorow!

When I was last back in Leicester, as I asked my pops if he’d slice up a few circular logs for me, as I had an idea to use some milliput and sculpt faces on them, just for fun. Well this is the first one I did this weekend and It was a lot of fun to do. Just a simple but of Milliput sculpting and acrylic painting! I’m no painter or sculptor and I’m pretty much useless with anything by hand but i do enjoy giving things a go, will only get better with practice!

Anyways, hope you like this loggy fellow, I’d like to do a few more!
