I just came back from a week in St Ives with my good lady, feeling mellow and relaxed.
I know it won’t last but whilst I’m in this lovely state of lala, have a peep at some of the photo’s I’ve just flickered :)

The very nice and uber-talented Mr James White aka Signalnoise has kindly blogged about me in his latest ‘inspiration’ post on his website! I’m very honoured as I’m a huge fan of James work, check out his website, his twitter and his flickr!
Cheers James!
I’m very happy to say that I’ll bringing my ‘Made on a Mac’ talk home, to the Apple store in Leicester!
I’ll be talking about my work and the processes behind it on Wednesday May 6th @ 6.30pm at the Leicester store in the Highcross!
Pop the date in your diaries and I’ll hopefully see you in a few weeks!
The Xynthetic ‘Northern Exposure’ exhibition at Glasgows Recoat gallery went off this weekend! Myself and a 7-seater full of Xyn members went up for the opening night and I’m over the moon with how it went!
The show looked fantastic, which was all down to Amy & Ali’s hard work hanging it and Klingatron was the host with the most, showing us around Glasgow and giving us all a place to crash.
Click the image to see my photos of Flickr, I recommend viewing it in a nice big slideshow to get the best out of the snaps!
The exhibition is on until 10th May, so if you’re in the area, go along and check it out!
Kurt Barbee, the man behind 5280 lasers, has turned my 2 latest Realmac avatar designs (Luke & Keith) into laser-etched skateboard decks to hang in the Realmac Software HQ in Brighton!

Progress for the upcoming Xynthetic bike film is going well, with the lighter nights making it much easier to go out and film!
Its nice to get outside and away from a computer screen, especially when you get results like this from a little ride!
Keep your eyes on the Xyn by the way, we’ve got alot going on and have also joined Twitter too! We have an exhibition in Glasgow, opening next weekend so if you’re Scotland-bound then be sure to come and check it out at the Recoat gallery!
I was lucky enough to write an article for Computer Arts Projects this month on Setting up a collective, which is out in the shops now, Issue 122!
It’s full of the history of the Xynthetic plus quotes from some of the family about what its like to be in a collective. Plus, I spoke to legendary hip-hop crew Doomtree and motion graphics gang Pssst to get their thoughts on doing things as a collective.
So what are you waiting for, go grab your copy reet now! (Click the image above for a larger view)
This is the latest piece of work I’ve completed for Aardman! It’s a flash game called Invention Suspension, which is from the developer of a game called Hanna in a Chopper. I worked with Chris Underwood, who did all the technical jiggery pokery and i was lucky enough to provide everything visual for the game, from the interface to the helicopter itself!
Im really really happy with the end result and proud of how it all came together! The game was created to coincide with the Wallace & Gromit World Cracking Ideas exhibition happening at The Science Musuem in London (which I also got to design the website for)

Fresh out the Aardman Online offices this is the Cracking Ideas website, which I had the pleasure of designing to coincide with the Wallace & Gromit World Cracking Ideas exhibition happening at The Science Musuem in London.
Built by the clever boffins Keir Moffat & Rich Davey, It’s been an absolute pleasure working on it!
Have a peep at the site @ www.crackingideas.com/
Isn’t Street View brilliant? if you visit the old Fifty Fifty on Park Row here in Bristol then you’ll just happen to see my Cuckoo Clock board design hanging in the window!
Thanks to Rich for this discovery!
